Nice work!
...Naval Aviators, that had balz made of brass and the size of bowling balls, getting shot off the deck at night, in heavy seas, hoping that when they leave the deck that the ship is pointed towards the sky and not the water.

Very nice job! I like your/your daughter's use of hinges for the front panel. On the version I built, I'm forever trying to find a spit to lay the panel down.

Very nice work.
I've thought 'bout constructing one as I like the design, but I do believe that I have too much "stuff" for it.
Again very nice work, especially on the dovetails.

So nice of both of you doing or helping on a project together. I am looking forward to my grandkids doing it in the future.

Thanks, everybody! She's really pleased with it. (And yes, this is my "newest oldest" daughter.) It was a lot of fun to build together, and I know she learned a lot. I don't know what project she's considering next, but she successfully sold a few of her wooden spoons this weekend, so she's got some good momentum now. It won't be too many years before her skill set surpasses mine.

That is really great. My daughter has been begging me to turn, but I want her to learn from someone better than me lest she learn any of my bad habits.
