Do any of you guys know of a mobile base ( inside measurement need to be 25.75" X 23.25" ) for Delta 34-444 straight leg TS. I have look at a lot of different one but no luck. Not looking for an adjustment one.
Thanks

The one Delta offered (50-277) for that saw was very good, I had one for years. That's no longer available (unless you find a used one, or maybe NOS) , but
Woodworker's Supply shows the HTC HRD-10 fits . I've always had good luck with them (WWS) and in fact is the vendor from whom I bought my 34-444. Amazon has the HTC base (WWS may also have it). The HTC bases are also very good, I bought one for my Dewalt RAS. You can get them through Menard's, but it can be a hassle. The stores (at least mine) don't know how to order the stuff and I had to contact them main office to get mine through them (that pissed off some of the local folks, BTW). The HTC bases are a little more expensive, but still well made. I much prefer the welded one piece bases.
I started with absolutely nothing. Now, thanks to years of hard work, careful planning, and perseverance, I find I still have most of it left.

I have the HTC PM-1000 under mine. Back when the economy dumped, Home Depot was closing them out, or dumping them, or whatever, for $20. I bought all they had (10, I think). They are under most of my tools.
I tried not believing. That did not work, so now I just believe

Have you looked at the Harbor Freight mobile base. It gets good reviews and costs about $30 after the 20% coupon discount. Use 1-1/4" steel tubing for the stretchers instead of hardwood.

I had a 34-444 for 12 years. I made my mobile base out of 2x4s, 3/4" ply for the legs to sit on, two old heavy casters I had in a drawer. The only thing I bought special was the lifting caster for the front of the saw. Worked acceptably. DOn't remember where I found that front lifting caster.
