Klockit customer service is getting bad. Just received some hands that were stamped wrong and after sending pics and finally mailing them back, they still won't say they are made wrong. Thing is, the hands are bent so that they catch on each other as they move. They looked like they were bent around a nail lengthwise.
So, any suggestions for another supplier are appreciated!

2nd on Merrits had good luck with them, and if your close visit the store clocks and antiques worth seeing.

+1 for a lot of years, haven't made a clock in somewhere near 20 years to give you an idea of how long ago, but I had little luck with Klockit, tried these guys and never felt the need to look further. Back when they were the 2 who advertised, at least where I could find it. Recently contacted them about a planned Christmas present, felt like home.
