Looking for another clock parts supplier

Klockit customer service is getting bad. Just received some hands that were stamped wrong and after sending pics and finally mailing them back, they still won't say they are made wrong. Thing is, the hands are bent so that they catch on each other as they move. They looked like they were bent around a nail lengthwise.
So, any suggestions for another supplier are appreciated!

2nd on Merrits had good luck with them, and if your close visit the store clocks and antiques worth seeing.

Great service. allot of antique collectors use them exclusively, they have other things also not just for antiques I also use clockparts.com probably more what you are looking for Don
