outdoor industrial glue?

I need a glue suggestion I have a nativity scene I want to affix to  a plywood it will be an outdoor vinyl enlargement copy

What glue should I use size is about 44 inches by 44 inches

I use 3M's 77 spray adhesive for sticking down flat fabric and sheets in my picture framing business.  It is an excellent product.  But all my work was for indoor applications.  You will have to contact 3M regarding suitability for outdoors applications.
