Sanding profile on rail and style
#5
Are there any tips on making the sanding of the profiles on rail an stiles any faster between finishes? I have about a dozen doors to do and am not looking forward to it.

Why are you wanting to sand them? I never have, I just stain clear and done.

Just finished the last 25 doors for our kitchen. Next time I will buy racks and a tent to do the finishing in so I can do it all at one time. Just don't have room for 60+ pieces at one time.

And yes you have to spend a few $$$$$$ for the better made flap sanders. They would be the ones where 90% of the media does NOT fly off the wheel on the first revolution.

The entire unit

The replacement medium x 28 pieces

If you have much work to do, it's best to order both at once.
