You could grab wood and slide it off the truck or rack without having to grab it.
You could also use it to hold plywood up off the floor- against the wall.

The guys are having fun. Someone taking the handle off of a regular saw and put it on a tablesaw blade on it for art or whatever reason.

I thought it was for Unicorn antlers, you know, before the days they were on the protected list.

Maybe..
But, I don't have any "spare" blades....circular or otherwise.
