We cut a whole lot of lexan at work which is also a polycarbonate, and we just use a standard ATB combo blade. Also another thing that hasn't been addressed yet, if you have a sawstop make sure to turn the sensor off. First hand experience-- it will set it off.
It's not always the quiet ones who don't have much to say.

When cutting plexiglass or lexan on the ts I run a shallow scoring cut first then a through cut just like I do on veneered plywood for a clean cut on both sides with no chip out.

A small toothed metal cutting blade on the bandsaw does an excellent job as well. I use a slower feed and speed.
