How easy is this one to work with compared to the veritas?

For me, the 810 is really for sharpening plane blades and it does a great job at that because you are not dragging any part of the jig over the stone or slurry like you do with the Veritas. The Veritas, again for me, is better suited for bench chisels. I never tried to use the 810 for chisels.
