I have not seen him post lately and just wondering if he is doing OK.
As of this time I am not teaching vets to turn. Also please do not send any items to me without prior notification. Thank You Everyone.

Good question, Arlin.
Dave is genuinely humble in spite of him being among if not the TOP talent who have adorned these pages.

I traded a couple of e-mails with Dave back around Thanksgiving. He was really busy, imagine that, but sounded like he was enjoying some good family time with his boys, too.

Some of his last posts were with Peter when they were cowboy'n up with their rifles.

Working with his or anyone else with their children or grandkids is just the best.

He's well.
We talk often.
He's just as dedicated to making furniture as ever but now that his boys are a bit older he is very much enjoying spending time with them at the range. His oldest has become a very very good shot!
Hopefully we'll get another weekend of shooting in this spring/early summer.

Dave is a genuine savant, at more than just woodworking. He'd never admit it of course.
