Pretty sure this is a Groz vise or at least it looks very close to it. Right around 8" opening.
I will include the maple jaw that I made for it.
It was mounted on a bench that was 2 1/4" thick so I made the smaller jaw to go under the bench to give it more bearing surface.
I think it can be easily disassembled and fit into a large USPS box.
