Found what I needed local.  I let my wife use my sander and found myself needing a new pad.  Local Woodcraft had it in stock and now I have one

One custom door out of 12. This was the prototype, think it will move ahead. Pantry wasn't framed right so door is undersized. Stock 24" won't fit and buying custom when you can make? Well, we all know how that goes.

Poplar with MDF panels. Zinser BIN primer while further decisions made. Replace trim, repaint walls, floor, hardware, lighting... much more to do.

   

Impressed it went as smoothly as it did.
