Glue up olive wood

I'm going to be gluing up olive wood blocks for turning. I asked Bethlehem Olive Wood and they said the prefer Alexa (Sp?) glue. What do you use on olive wood?

Any in put?

Wipe with acetone to remove the oil, then glue with what you like.
I’ve done small pieces with TB II

I've used olive for tool handles.  Epoxy works just fine w/o any special steps.
