DeWalt is recalling their electric chainsaw. Apparently, it can start to run even when the switch is in the "off" position.
Intimidating.
Scary.
In any case, if you have one, stop using it.

ALWAYS set the brake on a chainsaw until you are ready to make the cut...then set it again when you are done. The "rule of thumb" is of you are taking more than 2 steps before your next cut, set the chain brake. It becomes second nature pretty quickly.
Also, a side benefit on most electric chainsaws, is that when the brake is set, there is a second power switch.
