Never heard of that wood. It came out beautifully.  

It would be interesting to see a build along on one of your saws.

HNT Gordon hand planes use Gidgee as the lowest level wood. That simply means that it is hard, durable and pretty enough for all and any of Terry Gordon’s wonderful planes. He does offer more expensive woods, but Gidgee would do it for me.

Wow, that is a great walk through!  And I got to see how much of my high school and college German classes I can recall.  Sadly, not much.
