Walnut countertop finish
#13
Did an European Walnut countertop for a friends flip house. Undermount sink with a 90° wing.
NEVER AGAIN!
You have one shot to get the opening right, nope, to much stress for me. Don't mind a challenge, that one was a little much.
Finished in waterlox, no idea if it was the right thing to do.
Easy to repair as I had to go back and fix it when it got scratched during the install.

Thankfully, l'll never see it again.

I used Waterlox as well on a butcher block counter. It has held up well. Easy to apply and touch up in future.

If it can't kill you it probably ain't no good. Better living through chemicals.
