Since I retired and moved to a new area and obviously different house, I have lots to do - if the LOML let's me:

Explore Nashville (love this town - moved from Pensacola)
Build lots of cabinets & bookshelves in the new digs
Learn to use hand tools more (sharpening eludes me so far though)

Thank God for all He's given me,

The wife made my list for me. Finish all my old projects before starting any new ones. Lucky for me, she really doesn't know how many projects I've really started.

1- Stay healthy.
2 - Finish three big projects that got stalled along the way.
3 - Learn to sharpen things better.
4 - Keep the place a bit cleaner.

Dinning room table and chairs. Hopefully I'll be busy with my day job so that the project will take several months to complete.

1) I have a basement front room that's 12 x 12 that I need to finish. then the children can have a desinated area that they can play to their hearts content. Fill it with all their toys and the rocking horse I bought for them this past summer. Then, I can have my living room and sanity back........

2) De- clutter...........

3) Then out to the garage to start with the east wall and start lining up my big tools in their permanent spots. Get it all organized. Then I can start machining my kitchen. This summer is my kitchen build.

4) Until spring, I will be reading books I just recieved on Hand Tools and Sharpening and start to play with some carving tools I bought last summer.

5) Get skinny again.

Not necessarily in that order.
Sticks head in.......Looks around..........Sniff, Sniff.....It's good to be home . McApple 7/29/10
