In that picture of screwdriver bits for a brace: just to the right of center is what looks from here like a Starrett 70A pocket scriber. At the pointish end, there's a cap that will unscrew, and you can pull out and reverse the scriber tip. It's designed so you can carry it in your pocket/shop apron with the point protected and not damage it or stab yourself.

These are great little scribers.
