First saw these on Marc (woodwhisperer) site and thought they were real cool but the $300+ (at the time) was way too much. I stopped by a Lowes a couple of months back and noticed they were clearancing them out. I was surprised Lowes would even carry such an item as I wouldn't think the local DIY'er or even most contractors would buy them. Probably why the clearance. They make both a wall / ceiling mounted version and a portable version for both the air hose and electrical cord. I got one of each. I got around to installing them a few weeks and really like them. I believe they are both around 50 ft. The extension cord has 3 outlets and has out shut off if you accidentally cut it. Both will swivel 360 degrees and when close to the end will slow down the reel motion to avoid that whiplash effect. It also automatically stops if it gets caught on something. Overall I'm very happy with it and is way better than any of the extension cords and hose reels I've used in the past.
You may want to check your branch if they have in stock. They show the inventory on their site but it's not always accurate.
