I want to rotate the belt portion to lay it flat, but can't figure out what to loosen. Anyone familiar with this brand? Thanks.

It's been so long since I laid the table flat that I had to go look. Push the black lever under the table away from you.

I don't think that's the sander the OP is talking about. It's like a 6" belt / 9" disk or something similar.
