Can't speak for router bits, but I had good experience with Dynamic in NY for HSS planer and 10" carbide blades. http://www.dynamicsaw.com/pricelist.html
Others to consider might be Ridge: http://ridgecarbidetool.com/sharpening/
and Forrest: http://www.forrestblades.com/forrest-fac...ening.html

+1 for Dynamic, they do a great job on everything I send in. (sawblades, router bits, shaper cutters, planer knives)

Consider Bull Sharpening in Oak Park IL. They are a full service house and do very nice work. I've used them for probably 15 years or so and have had router bits, saw blades, planer knives, even my carbide forstners sharpened there. Very good pricing as well. That said, I have used Dynamic Saw for saw blades and they are very good as well.
I started with absolutely nothing. Now, thanks to years of hard work, careful planning, and perseverance, I find I still have most of it left.

Another vote for Dynamic Saw. They are in Buffalo and I go there once or twice a year to have things sharpened. They are a small operation but have top end equipment, and I mean the very top, and people who know how to run them. Take a look at their website. I could watch their automatic saw blade sharpener run for hours. They can sharpen and repair nearly anything you need sharpened, saw blades, router bits, planer knives, etc. and their prices are very fair. They just bought a new router bit milling machine, too, and I watched them turn a 3/4" dia. solid carbide rod into a up/down cutting bit for a CNC router. Highly recommended.

I use Warrens Sharpening in Sioux falls. Great results.

Prices are around 25 cents an inch or 40 cents a tooth. (I could have these inverted so don't quote me) Typical turn around times are a week or two. They have been in business for decades.
