I built this one awhile back.
No plans. The lady had a vague idea of what she wanted. This is what we came up with.   Here's one over a frij.  I hope this helps.
I'm a great believer in luck. The harder I work, the more of it I seem to have.

No plans blueprinted but I made the wine rack in this link. I do have a SolidWorks assembly of it very close to how it turned out but tweaked a few things. Maybe it will help to inspire you, maybe not. If you want to recreate something similar, I can provide a CAD model to get you started.

one we built bout 7 years ago
holds 98 bottles of wine on the wall, 98 bottles of wiiinee , take one down and pass it around   and this one, a little serving bar for my wife
