For those that have (or will have ) a CV1800, or anyone....

I see the January special on where the LH version with a lot of extra stuff is $2000. Given I'll be moving this spring I thought I may go ahead and upgrade my much hated Oneida to the CV for the new shop to be. Just how good is this deal? I haven't followed the CV pricing for some time and at glance this appears to be a pretty good deal. ( Oneida to be listed in S&S if'n I do this).
I started with absolutely nothing. Now, thanks to years of hard work, careful planning, and perseverance, I find I still have most of it left.

Fred, i bought my CV 1800 5 or 6 years ago. I don't remember what I paid for it, but it seems like it was around that price. So it sounds like the sale is a pretty good deal. Even if it's not a great deal, I think you would be happier with the CV than you have been with your Oneida. I'd jump on the deal if I were you.
