I really wish that someone made a "rubber" belt for the Delta 18-36 feed belt. The sandpaper belt is hard too hard adjust properly

Agreed. But after I bought a new belt I've had less trouble with it. And the excellent retention and easy to use clips that hold the sanding strips onto the drum make up for whatever little annoyance the conveyor tracking gives me.

Got one too. Bought a replacement belt from supergrit and it's untrackable. No matter what I do it won't track. From measuring it looks like it's not quite Mads right.
Hopefully I can sell mine and replace it with a closed end sander. Have fought with too many open ended machines. Too much flex in the head.
