I HAVE OLDER PLANER I THINK FEED ROLLER IS BAD, (WORN)
HAS ANYONE HAD THIS ISSUE?

Try cleaning it off first, sometimes they get crap on them that keep 'em from gripping the wood. I've used DNA as well as MS and was usually able to get them working again. (PS, please don't yell )
I started with absolutely nothing. Now, thanks to years of hard work, careful planning, and perseverance, I find I still have most of it left.

In addition to cleaning the roller, wax the tables (infeed, support, and outfeed). You will be amazed how much better your stock feeds once you wax the tables.

And if those don't do it, dull knives will also behave that way.

+1 on cleaning. I used DN alcohol and it worked like new again. I have the 540 model. Just be careful with the blades.
