Can anyone help me identify a suitable replacement hinge for this one on our cabinets? Cabinets are face frame with overlay.

Specifically, I don't see anything online that has the same mortise intrusion into the face frame as the existing hinges. Will any overly hinge work? Seems a stupid question, but I'm hoping the woodnet hive mind will know.

Our kitchen cabinets have similar hinges that mount the same way. They seem to be fairly common for manufacturers of cabinets. Maybe you can call a local shop or contact a shop that sells kitchen cabinets. Who knows, they might have some old shop demo cabinets with hinges to match yours that they'd sell for a few shekels.

I've seen hinges similar to that at the BORGs but they don't go through the face frame. Personally, what I would do and have done in the past when some of my hinges went bust was to swap them out for another hinge in an inconspicuous location and use the BORG hinge as a replacement. Kept me going for a few more years until I completely redid my kitchen.

I found the hinges I have and I have a couple dozen of them.
What I have is close in style, but not e x a c t l y the same. Let me know if you're interested. I'll mail some to you. Cabinet Hinge I still can't get a video to embed on this forum.
