I heard that simple bleach will not fully eradicate mold and mildew from bathroom tires. This guy worked for a contractor who did this stuff for a living. He told me what to use that is commercially available.
Does anybody here know what do use?

Well, mainly on grout , I would say a 6/10 on scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the worst.

So it's exposed? Not in a basement or inside walls etc?

Try CLR Mold and Mildew Stain remover. You should find it anywhere.

BTW, bleach doesn't kill mold very effectively.
