Shaker bedroom continues---

So, I've posted a couple times asking for guidance from the Woodnet brain trust and have applied the wisdom to the best of my ability. Been working on these pieces (and other stuff) off & on for a couple years. The drawer fronts are shop cut veneer--sequential cuts from the same board. Finished with Bush Oil. Here's the latest completed chest:

Side view:

Hand cut dovetails--they look kinda clunky to me. I need to learn to cut more elegant tails.

Here's the other pieces completed so far:

Thanks for looking. Comments appreciated.

Wow! That cherry veneer is just amazing. Love the design and execution.
Can you share some details on the case joinery?
Thanks,
Bob

Very nice, but it's not "shaker" to have anything beyond a twin bed, is it?

Thank you Bob. Found that board in a pile at a local hardwood store, dug thru looking for sisters without luck. Had just enough to do this piece. The case is all M&T joinery. I used plans from Furniture Plans.com modified the width to fit this space. The other case is per the plans, if I had a do over would have made it 4-6" narrower. I think it's just a little on the large size.

Very, very nice!
I started with absolutely nothing. Now, thanks to years of hard work, careful planning, and perseverance, I find I still have most of it left.

Nothing new to add. It looks great. The pattern on the wood is nice and not too busy. I think it works with Shaker. The dovetails look good to me too.
