Cut a hole to receive the cabinet and found a vent in the way. If I cut this and with 4 90 degree elbows to move it out of the way ,would this effect the purpose of the vent? Thank You

Do you have access to enough space to use 4 45*in the off chance you get something trapped in the pipe it would be easier to clear
