I purchased an old lathe from my neighbor, it was his fathers that he used in the 1930's. The machine works perfectly, I did add a switch and changed the belt. I purchased a drive center and I was able to do some nice turnings. I want to make the kitchen utensil holder shown in the woodsmith magazine from Feb./ March of 2016. What type of attachment should I get for the headstock to hold the threaded rod that attaches to the mounting disc?
