Automatic dust collector plugin
#9
Hopefully I didn't dream it up, but I'm looking for an outlet that you plug both your tool and the dust collector into that automatically starts and stops the collector when the tool is turned on and off. I know some vacs have outlets on them that do this but I'm looking for a stand-alone unit.

You could use the I Socket to activate a contactor for your 220V circuit.

Ivac pro switches. Plug and play, single or three phase and almost any voltage. Great products from an equally great company. I have two Ivac switches daisy chained to activate both the DC and shopvac when the power tool is activated. They have been incredibly helpful and responsive. Cannot endorse them or their products highly enough.
there's a solution to every problem.....you just have to be willing to find it.
