Is one brand better than the other? Recommendations?

Seems like about every 3 years it starts to look bad and time to be redone. Well, that 3 years is time.
It's all good till it's no good anymore.

DAP 3.0 has been by far the best we have found to combat black mold in my area. Not silicone, but they have a bath and kitchen one.
