Doing a restoration project without pictures it's useless as far as the exchange of help, learning and information. It is not worth it to me to spend an additional $70 each year for it.
it just saddens me that all.

It's not only that you/I can't post pictures from our photo hosts, which has some workarounds for the future, even sadder is the thousands of photos in prior threads that are now lost from the archives.

Are you saying you can't see the picture?  Or you can't post a picture from photobucket on a mac?  The picture is showing fine on this end.
Well, Bye...

I checked my van thread and the Photobucket photos are still there.

It might have been fixed. I'll experiment.

Being the software supports themes I think I'd like to see some different themes available.  Some on the darker side

Can you see the pics in this thread? Specifically Skizzo's second post.

Mags link shows up as "[image: http://picturelocationhere.jpg"] You can click the picture and see it in a new window.

They don't show up for me.  And I get the same thing on Mags' picture -- just the text string/file name, no photo.

Nope.

Can't see Skizzo's pics.  And that thread was a treasure.

I host all my own pics, and I bet I will be in the same boat as Woodshop.  Not going to make sense to pay an extra chunk of change each year.  I am not interested in trying to keep track of which pics I have hosted where for which forum.  On my own site I can manage my information the way I want to.  I am not going to trust that a third party is going to do that to my satisfaction when I know that they are using me as their product.

We will see what we get.

Most likely workaround will be to post a link to the pic and folks will have to click through to see it.
