Outdoor finish

We're building a screened porch with solid walls on the lower 36" and screening above that. The interior walls will be tongue and groove western cedar. I'd like to hear your suggestions for what finish or stain would look good on the cedar and hold up well to moisture. It is shady in our yard, so there won't be much sun exposure.

Sherwin Williams A-100 Ultra deep tint base---with no color added. It is basically clear paint.

That is the upright of a walnut cross that has been installed outside for over a year, direct sun/rain/wind/show/etc. Has two coats of the above applied before installation.
