Nothing in it yet - and it is really a practical size, so not sure what will really go in it -perhaps keys and wallet?
I am not a lefty, but figure that anything you are going to be putting in it will be in your dominant hand (right in my case) leaving the other hand free to open the cabinet, so it made more sense for me to put the knob on the right.
I agree with all of you re: the knob size, but not the rails and stiles.  I don't turn, so I started with a pre-made knob that I made smaller -but should have made even smaller...
