A quick google search indicated this is a 1939 Unisaw with a 1hp Bullet motor.  Located near DFW, TX

Re-reading that article, the solid base started in 1940.  But the motor was being made in the 1939's...

I don't know, I'm not an expert.  I just saw a good deal and posted to help someone here.
