Mounting a power feeder suggestions

you have 10 fingers on two hands?

if you check twice and things still move I have to conclude either you need a better feeder or a lesson in how much pressure to apply to stock

As for large radius cutters it will not matter when I set up  the feeder As I  set on the field for a RP cut. I do no get into wheels unless I intended to even cutting arched top panels.

I am happy to help you understand how to set up if you would like; I would rather you keep those 20 fingers

If my cutter is large, with narrow stock, and will not clear the wheels, I remove the center wheel.

The Revos apparently are designed to clamp railroad ties and pull together horrifically prepared joints
