Terminix - Would you use them?

Treatment depends if your termites are subterrainian or flying. I had a local company do an inspection about 8 years ago. They did a house perimeter treatment. This year we had them out to do another inspection as we're selling the house. Some dry rot, but no critters.

Now getting rid of other bugs or mice/rats, any company that doesn't first inspect and seal up entry points is wasting your time and money. I'd check reviews on Yelp or the BBB.
