Seeing they are available across all the varied ponds, don't see them here? If it's a money maker you have to wonder why? Possibly some gubmit restriction on such?

The US and Canada usually don't see new tool introductions for quite a while, if at all. First, their market penetration is lower here than most of Europe and Australia and it is driven more by hobbyists here where the trades drive their sales in other markets. As a result a lot of the more trade-oriented tools never make it here. Even if a tool is destined for North America from inception they tend to be behind the other markets since we have the oddball 120V standard and most of the rest of their market uses 240v so they need to be redesigned and conform to all the regulations here, in reality most of their other markets actually have stricter regulation but are higher sales markets so they come first. Their smaller carpentry saws have a potentially huge market here, this is more oriented to the timber framing community which is rather small in the US. At ~600 dollars for the saw alone and another $450 or so for the grooving head it likely won't be a big seller with their US buyer demographic.
