stop blocks are not required to make the end cuts for tenons. 

The rip fence is already there ( no auxiliary anything required) does a better job as the stop block as long as all the parts are cut the same length. 

They have a place but this is not one of them

Here's how I do it:

I don't trust myself with math when ww'ing so I tend to mark from reality.

Cut the rails to an obvious length longer than needed, then lay both stiles out 1/16" more than the desired width. Mark mark the inside shoulder cuts with a marking knife, qsuare that line across both faces and edges and cut the cheeks (tenon jig, dado, hand saw whatever).

Then trim the tenons down to the correct depth to leave about 1/64" gap in bottom of mortise.

Cut the tenons fat and use a router plane to tune them to the mortise.

I've found its better not to try to get them perfect off the saw but rather use hand tools to adjust fit.
