Same clamp at Harbor Freight for $5.99.  That's before the 20% discount.

Quick setup automax style one at Menards is $14.99. You can order them online as well at menards.com. Next time I am there I will get the part number.

Glad its my shop I am responsible for - I only have to make me happy.

How do we know it's the same clamp? What clamp is it?

These are the real irwin-vice-grips

Lee Valley has a good reputation for sell quality stuff (at least I though so). I didn't think they would sell HF junk

At inflated prices. But what do I know?

It's the same 11" too I love LV, and Rob is awesome, but several times I have seen some of his specials that were straight outa HF. I have several of these for welding L stock, and they aren't toys, they work hard, and I've never had one fail. I originally bought them thinking I could do some grinding and come up with one or 3 of these.

I think the HF ones work fine.  I suppose if you were to really use it hard that it might wear out.  I usually modify the c-grips for special jobs, so I feel better about spending less money.

Not exactly the same as HF, but close. Just offering options. Every so often, folks want the least expensive option.
