Could you please tell me which Phase Convertor you're using on the 3 Phase Equipment that you have? I have a JA Fay 36 inch 1920's bandsaw and was wondering which Rotary Phase Convertor to use on it?

i found a little old fellow on the vintage machinery forum (http://vintagemachinery.org) and he came to my house and built it for me.  it included a 5 HP 3 phase motor and some capacitors.  that is all i can say, there are many folks here (and on VM) who will be able to give you better advice than i.  sorry
