This is the partially machined Norris infill plane kit from St. James Bay Tool Co.  It is a bronze casting, bronze cap, very thick blade, chipbreaker, adjuster and the other necessary parts that go with it.  It includes ebony infill stock as well.  I never started on this project and as I look at all the things I want to do in the coming 2 years, I probably wont start anytime soon.
