The grinder is fixed and I will be grinding again as of this Thursday. Hopefully the owner will let me continue using the grinder after the person that uses it retires but I haven't asked him yet so I do not know for sure. If you are considering having some work done now is the time.
Big dogs (7 and 8) are the biggest bang for the buck even though the costliest to have done. They are next to impossible to flatten them by hand.
