It always happens that way!!!! Being from Upstate, these deals are West of the Mississippi or in Texas. Too far for an East Coaster. If it makes you feel any better its 3 phase equipment.

Yes California tool prices are always crazy low. I don't get it; everything else there is crazy high!

Space is at a premium.  Woodworking even cabinet makers are moving further away.
