Any sign maker can cut these stencils with their plotter/knife.

You can also find them on line.  You need to specify what you want them to cut.  For painting they use frisket paper; I don't know what they use for etching.
No animals were injured or killed in the production of this post.

I have made some from clear contact paper. I used a photo copier to make the graphics the size I needed, transferred to the contact paper and cut it out

I need to see if anyone can make the stencil I want. 1 of them is rather complicated. I'm guessing I might just go with stick ons.

Been eyeballing one of these for a while now for such things.  Price has come down quite a bit.
