It looks to be in cherry condition and even has the horizontal mortiser attachment, and it's on mobile base.  I have the exact same machine and have nothing but good things to say about it.  It's built like a tank - although it "only" weighs about 750 lbs, not 1000 like the ad says.  If you are in the market for a good J/P you can do no better, and at a very good price.  Won't last long.
