not mine, looks like a large disc sander. Just outside of Minneapolis. I am on injured duty otherwise I would go take a look. In free section. Somebody go get it before it is scrapped!

looks like something between 300 or 400 pounds. A handtruck will get it close to where you need, a moving blanket to protect the the vehicle and a slow tip in and down the road
