Here is a freshly refurbished Atkins 10 ppi crosscut saw. The plate is perfectly straight with just a little bit of staining. The teeth are in excellent condition, having just undergone a full sharpening treatment. A previous owner's name is scribed on the back side. The exact model is unknown as the faint etch is too light to read.
The apple wood handle has no cracks or chips. The only blemishes are some abrasions on the right side and an "S" mark placed on either side by a previous owner. The handle was lightly sanded and refinished with several coats of lacquer, which really brought out the beauty of the wood.
