Picked this up with the intention of trying to learn to scroll, never happened.
This is a Hegner and is MISSING SOME PARTS.
it runs fine and it looks like the parts are available .
I think that the only parts missing are the top blade holder and a brace along the back, buy because of my lack of knowledge about these I can't guarantee that.
